La DIAN y la Fiscalía lideran una campaña para recuperar la cartera morosa que persiste en el país, la cual se estima en $10,7 billones cifra que adeudan más de 242.000 contribuyentes.
Recientemente la DIAN informó que en julio se citarán a comparecer 16.000 contribuyentes que no han atendido los llamados de la entidad, los cuales ya fueron denunciados por el delito de omisión de agente retenedor.
“En las diferentes acciones de cobro que a diario adelanta la administración tributaria para recuperar esta cartera, el mes anterior se citaron a comparecer a las instalaciones de la DIAN de todo el país a 41.784 representantes legales y/o obligados. Estas citaciones han servido para darles a conocer las consecuencias penales de no pagar lo que deben y evitar ser denunciados en la Fiscalía. De estos citados, 16.225 han atendido el llamado y han pagado la deuda o gestionado soluciones de pago por valor de $616.882 millones. Los demás deben acercarse a las dependencias de cobro de la entidad a nivel nacional, antes del 15 de julio, y buscar una solución para normalizar su situación”, detalla la DIAN.
De abril a junio se han sumado 22.000 nuevos deudores por estos conceptos, por lo que la entidad reiteró su llamado para cumplir con estas obligaciones tributarias.
